Alarm remote battery, where to buy.
Where can you buy the little battery in the alarm transmitter. Can you get one at Walgreens or CVS pharmacy, or would you have to go to your local car stereo/alarm place?

Alright. Thanks Mr. Beanona Lisa. Heh. It's not my battery though. I got my other transmitter that i've never used, and it works just like the one i'm using now. You have to press the button more than once sometimes very close to the car for it to arm/disarm. Maybe the antena at the moduole came partially undone or something. When the battery dies, does it usually die all at once or what. I noticed it was 12 volts and my tester only does1.5 and 9 volt batteries. The needle jumped to the top when i had it on 9 volts, so i don't think it's the battery.

Because, antenna placement as well as routing of the wire can have an affect of it's peformance. "Supposedly" your not supposed to bundle up extra antenna wire because it cuts down on range, don't know how true this is.
