Default 95 Prelude speaker

I recently bought a 95 Prelude in which three of the four speakers were torn so I'd like to replace them. I'm not looking for a high-end system so I need some advice on what speakers I should buy.

I have 2000 model Honda head unit with a CD player which I can install to replace the older Honda tape player. Since I won't be having an amp, does the wattage of the new speakers matter?

Also, does anyone know of some decent inexpensive speakers which don't need an amp. I think the Prelude has 6.5 in speakers with 2 in mount depth.

Thanks

As cheap as possible, really. Stock quality is good enough. $50 for all four?

I went to Best Buy today to get an in-dash installation kit for the new head unit. The guy told me that probably wouldn't work since the in-dash kit is made for after-market head units which are smaller that the OEM.

Any idea how to mount a newer Honda head unit inplace of the old one?
The electrical connections are good: I have already installed a wire harness.
