Itll be easier to tell if you can find out the model number. But put the biggest that will fit on there h:

well thats the thing it didnt really fit so i kinda kust pushed it in there could that be th problem?

Use spade terminals. A 1600 watt amp should be able to accomodate them. You can never over-do the guage wire you use. If you use 4 gauge ground, then use 4 guage power.

the power wire i got was a lot bigger then the ground is that not ok?
