Default troubles with radio

I need to know what is up with my radio in my 94 integra. when i tried to put a new cd player in my car it worked for about 1 day untill it stoped working along with my clock. I changed the cd player and the new one also didn't work. I checked my fuse, and it is perfect, I even replaced it just incase. the only player that works in my car is the tape player that came with the car. so then i placed that player back in the car and entered my anti-theft code. But every time i shut off my car, I have to re-enter my anti-theft code. Can someone please tell me whats up? How can i get my new cd player to play in my car.

if the clock is still out...a fuse a blown. there are a couple of fuses you should check. check both fuse boxes for any blown ones.

if you turn off your car and need to reenter the code every time that means that the constant 12+ is turning off. that is the yellow wire. maybe you can take a look at that.
