Aiwa Aftermarket Stereo + Belkin Auto Kit Issue
Folks:
I installed a new stereo to replace my stock stereo in my 199 Honda Accord. Experiencing a unique issue.
I am using Belkin Auto Kit to charge the iPod. When I use its line out and connect it to the front aux-in on the aiwa stereo, the sound comes in brakes...however if I connect the audio cable into the headphone jack of the iPod and then connect to Aiwa stereo, there is no breaks.
Does this mean that the stereo has some issue or the Belkin adapter does? I am inclined towards the belkin adapter for root of the problem. While I called belkin and they are replacing the adapter. I picked up another adapter from another store just to check it out..Even that had the same issue.
What does this mean? Belkin cannot handle some frequencies? What is it? Could it be the Stereo system? Your input shall be appreciated.
