Default Rockford Speakers Installation

I just bought a pair of Rockford T162C 6.5 speakers for my 1995 Integra. I'm new at this so I was wondering how you would go about installing them. Because right now...I can get them hooked up but they wont go inside the housing (Keep in mind these are the rear spakers) and there's a black thing on the speaker which is on the magnet. What I was thinking of doing was cutting a notch in the speaker mount in the car for the thing to fit in. What do you guys think I should do?

this is a coupe right? just cut the mount on the car. be careful though, don't cut too deep or you will be cutting the cars body panel. i would remove mount and cut it out of the car if i were you.
