Honda radio reset problem

I have a 96 Honda Accord and the battery died. I can't get the code to take to reset the radio. I had it a the Honda dealership and they can't get it to reset either. Does anyone have any suggestions?? The dealship disconnected the battery and tried the code again and that did not work. Help!! :eek:
