Default radio reset

i have a 95 gsr stock head unit and when i had my car serviced the battery was disconected and now the head unit needs to have the security code put in but i am not the original owner and i have no paperwork telling me what the 5 digit code is. i was wondering if there is anyway i can get this to work without taking it to a dealership and getting the code reset. thanks.

do a search on this topic cuz its happened before. anyways you need to call the dealer with your vin and they should be able to look it up.
