two 12" why not?
i've been doing quite a lot researches on subs. I noticed that not many ppl have two 12" subs; instead, two 10"s or one 12" are more popular. so i am wondering why is that. anyone knows?

theres not any particular reason.....here are some...
trunk space cost of sub cost of amp.... im running 1 12. if i can afford, im getting another 12. |
I don't need that much bass :p
|
I wouldn't mind getting another sub, if i had room for it. every1 has seen my trunk, sdns don't have much trunk space so i'd rather keep the space my 1 12 is running close to 400 watts rms. and i'm happy. shakes the car quite nice. 1 more would shake it more....

2 10's is enough for me... for now?

IF i do get another sub, i will get another amp for it and put my 6x9s back in. i wouldnt get a deck with a preout for the sub.:D |
wilma .. do 6x9's fit in the front of the teg? what about the back?

2 10's are louder than 1 12 but the 1 12 put out deeper bass notes than the 2 10's. I have 2 10's, 2 12's would be too much for me.
