Default i need to know how to preset stations!

i have the pioneer avx-p7300dvd and the avm-8000 brain. i lost the instructions and i don't know how to preset radio stations. i downloaded the manual from www.pioneerelectronics.com and i can't find it in there. please help me!

Hold down one of the preset buttons until it beeps.

i have that long silver remote. no preset numbers on it.

dis-conect ur battery..... that all was works in my car...
