accord,never heard of this problem before
99 accord 4cyl. reguarding the brake light fuse under hood!!!!!when this fuse is in place, the brake lights work, so does the horn, and so does the shift lock release . however it will not let me turn the key all the way back in the ignition, so it can be removed!! if i go and remove the fuse, the other 3 things now dont work, but i can remove the key. any ideas????
