91 Honda Accord EX...electrical prblm
When my Honda is cold..My electircal system hestates/pulsates. The altnator light will glow/flash. Headlights will pulsate along with dash and everything else. Will NOT studder and die out. WHEN car warms up runs great then when apply the brakes will pulsate/flash. Release brakes resumes to normal....???? Any suggestions
