Selling my 17's and getting 18's.
I am selling my 17 inch white Tenzo Passion 5's (215-45-17), and will be buying the white Tenzo RS-5's next week. I have a 2.2/F 2.0/R drop with my Neuspeed race springs. I was told to get a 42/offset with my 225-40-18 tires. Any opinion on this set-up?
I will be finally be installing my Progress camber kit. :) I keep hearing good and bad things about them. Lets see what happens. I use the search option in this forum, but came up with different info. Well hopefully I will be posting some pic's next week. http://pics.montypics.com/He123321/2...3_DSCF0001.jpg |
Yea, it does sound like a good set-up, but lets see how well I goes toghter. If everything goes well, I will be adding the front Mugen style lip.

Like the car carta79. What size rollers (plus offset) and drop are you running in your Accord?
|
I would seriously recommend 45 offset if you can find some you like, but if not, you'll survive with 42.

What can I say? I grew up in the ghetto so I guess I'm ghetto :chuckles: . I almost never have more than two people in the vehicle anyways. +45 is playing it safe, below +42 is asking for trouble.:D Your setup should will work just fine. |
