2006 Accord: Minor bumper repair?
2 Attachment(s)
Hi all
Just drove back a mint 2006 Accord from FL to my home in NYC where parking is on the (crowded) streets. I hadn't yet had the chance to order some type of (rear) bumper protection when the very next morning someone already "dinged" the "impressions" of 2 of their license plate bolt heads in my rear bumper (pics below). In the grand scheme of things, this is of course very minor, and I know the likelyhood of more to come is fairly high, no matter how vigilant I am. HOWEVER, being not even 12 hours since I arrived home, and having these marks on a previously pristine exterior is alot for me to handle so soon. So, I was wondering if anyone knew of any "quick-fix", or basic procedure that can be done to mitigate the now embossed screwe-heads in the back of the bumper, (way) short of repainting the whole bumper. Thanks in advance for any advice. |
Honda chose the name Accord, reflecting "Honda's desire for accord and harmony between people, society and the automobile."
