Hey, I'm thinking of getting the greddy header for my 5th gen, but it says its for the ex (vtec), I have a lx (non-vtec), will it still fit? If not, what other headers are good? (most people I see have DC)

I have an EX greddy header and its nice quality...

It feels like a solid power gain throughout the rev range.

DC isn't bad and is historically the performance leader (peak hp)...

If you want a DC Sports header or exhaust, wait until RPM Motoring throws out a group buy. I love this company. They do true group buys where if you get like 20 or so buyers, you get mad discounts.

yeah, I'll probably go with DC, I only wanted greddy so It would match my evo exhaust.

 

I have a DC sport Stainless steel header for a 96 lx accord I want to get rid of. Its brand new never installed it on my car.

 

take choiceaccord up on that shit, i have the same header, no problems, nice performance boost in the midrange, downshifting on the highway is a lot more fun now =)

 

yeah, too bad you cant get GReddy to match your EVO, thats my setup and i love it. go with the DC and you should be fine. they are a quality company.
