I have mine set at 2 in the front and 5 in the rear, but I do mostly highway driving. And I'm using H&R sports.

Can anyone fully explain these settings? It's not ride height....but stiffness right?

I'm running them on the stock settings they came in. 2 front, 4 back. And yea, adjusting the shocks adjusts the dampening rate, not the ride height.

The higher the number....the stiffer the shock, right?

I remember someone said they called and got these settings for the KYB AGX:
front rear
1 2
2 4
3 6
4 8

Higher the number, the stiffer it gets. I think past 2/4 it would get a little annoying for a daily driver.

i ride 2/6 with my pro kits. i like it a lil stiffer in back so through turns my rear doesn't lean as much. 2/4 feels a lil mushy in the back.
