Am I rice?
 

Alright, im gonna be making big plans for my car this summer. Im going to be gettin an OEM body kit, spoiler,5 zigen fireball axleback exhaust (dual option for v6), carbon fiber hood, and some 18" rims black with a polished lip. I need some opinions on rims though, do you think black rims w/ a polished lip would look hot on my accord? Pic is at the bottom. A lot of ppl say it would look ugly, but I dont know how, lol.
Anyway, would you consider me rice if you saw it on the street? The only engine mod I have is an injen intake :oh:

i would say no ure not rice. i love the oem kit. not sure on rims tho. i prefer gunmetal w/ polished lip to black. just ps both on ure car and see how they look.

Yea I was lookin at the gunmetal rims also, they look how. But what color is it exactly when in the light? I dont think ive ever really taken a good look at the gunmetal rims. But the blacks, omg they're so black, lol.

I am not sure if you can still get the OEM kit. Honda has discontinued the OEM kit for the Integra and most of the Prelude!

I got mine for $450 on sale...unfortuanately they only have 1-2 sales per year. They still produce the kit.

Black faced rims with polished lip is hot, hot, hot...especially on a black car! I would consider gunmetal or bronze on a white car...more JDMish.

it's lame that u have to ask for people's opinion if you're car is rice
and everyone's definition of rice varies... my definition of rice is a honda with large fart can exhaust, body kit, clear corners, etc. even if it looks good... most people will say rice = APC products

Some people will say Honda itself is rice since it is a foreign company...so anything they put out is gonna be rice also.

I would say do what cha like to your car, but please don't do anything like that other kid who put Ferrari stickers on his ride and totally f***ed up his new 2003 Coupe with mods that don't match.

honestly none of what u want to get on your car is rice in my opinion (but then again its ur car) as for the rims gun metal instead of black (i'm not a fan of black rims on white cars)

My car is Fried rice with extra soy sauce. haha..j/k

Do you have a larger pic of your car that someone could PS rims onto? 640x480 or larger would be great.

I think that black wheels are tight, but i like those on more of the civics... I would definetly go with gunmetal thats probably your best bet

Sounds like it'd be nice and clean, I wouldn't call it rice unless you put that wing you are considering on it

Your car and your money. I could care less if someone though that my ride looked rice. If you like the items that you posted above, I say go for it. :)

Isn't RICE having decals on your car, but don't have the part?

To be "rice" by me you would have to have any of the following:
APC products, big wing, no engine mods, type R decals on a non-type R. at least do the exhaust/header/intake combo first, so you have that to back it up some.

hey man i think your car would look hella nice with the mods u listed, with the 18s tho u might want to consider lowering the car. 18s will most likely make your car sit higher and might have the 4x4 look. umm some nice wheels in my opinion are the new falken circuit specs, they come in gunmetal with polished lip, i should be buying mine this summer, im gettin 17s for my civic. good luck on your mods and i wanna see pics when its done
