Good Alarm? Crime Guard 745i3

What are your peoples opionions on the Crime Guard 745i3?

Im looking at 200 for it and 80-100 install price...

And what is the "level 1 and level 2 carjack protection" do?

Never heard of it. Personally I'd only do Viper or Clifford alarm systems, but that's just me. :happysad:

My recommendation is get Viper or Clifford but any alarm will be OK. Its depends upon the where you get installed... Please don't go to Bestbuy / Circuit City etc..

whoever told you that is a smart man. Stay away from Viper, if you could, get a Clifford G4 alarm

ok, if ur limiting ur budget on security to $300, ur car and it's contents must not be that important to you so do yourself a favor, hit up your local stereo shop and take them up on thier $99(installed) alarm, get an autolock and call it a day, you can send the remaining portion to me:D

Clarion (Ungo) makes really good alarms I have had them on my past two cars and they are top of the line...and they get really good reviews to!

This is the model I have: MS2005

This model got a very good rating so thats what I would recommend

how would you say that vipers suck and cliffordds are good in the same sentence while they are made by the same company, DEI. well anyways an alarm is an alarm you just have to make sure you have shock sensors, motion sensor, and a engine kill. otherwise all the other shit is for shits and giggles.

The $300 is because im only 16, i dont have 1200 bucks kickin around that i can use, or can i make that amount very easily, I just want the best i can get for that amount to make sure that at least no amature can steal my deck, speakers, or car....
