'90 Accord EX gurgling sound from tailpipe
Hi,
I purchased a 1990 Accord EX from my brother-in-law a few months back and she's been sitting in my driveway ever since. I try to crank her up at least once a week to keep everything moving. After the engine warms up and her RPMs reach idle the tailpipe starts to emit an annoying gurgling sound... accompanied by copious amounts of water exiting the tailpipe. I'd like it to quit but I don't know the cause.
About the car:
456k miles
Oil changed every 3k miles throughout life of the vehicle (down about 1 quart every change)
I don't think she's burning coolant; doesn't smoke and expansion bottle levels are consistent as far as I can tell.
Any ideas?
