Like BlackChrome said, you will need to remove your radio and locate the serial number from the back of the radio. With this, any Honda dealer should be able to give you the code. Good luck!
There is one exception, if you know where the car was originally purchased, you can call up that dealership and most will have it on record, especially if it is a new Accord. They'll just need the VIN which is easier to get at.
Double-check your manual and the paperwork that came with your car. My dealer stuck the little card into the manual. Had I not flipped through it, I would never have known.
