Passenger side front door won't lock or unlock

I have a 99 Honda accord ex and the passenger front door won't lock or unlock when I press the master lock on the driver door or if I use the key in the driver door I have to use the key in the passenger door for it to lock or manually press it down for it to lock can anyone help me out here on what to do to fix it

The power door lock actuator is broken. There is a small motor in the actuator and the brushes in the motor eventually wear out.

So where can I get a replacement and what is the part name that I must ask for and again thank you very much for your help

The part is "ACTUATOR ASSY., DOOR LOCK". You can get it at the dealership or online. I buy all my parts from Majestic Honda. Here is the link. Just make sure you choose the right one (front/rear and left/right).

Yes I third that.
It might be pretty challenging for DIY. It takes some time. If you have some what experience with cars then go for it, if not, take it to someone who can
