Bumper Lights

Ok this is a really stupid question i know.. but considering its like 35 degrees out and snowing i want to do this as fast as possible.. so what is the quickest way to get the old lenses out and put my new ones in?

A 10inch screwdriver remove screw replace the blub and put back in reverser order.
