Default Who else has Apexi WS cheap?

RPM motoring just emailed me today telling me the Apexi WS I ordered yesterday is out of stock and APexi is also out of stock so its back ordered for at least 4 weeks. Does anyone else have this system for the same price or is RPM the cheapest?

I agree and have no complaints with RPM, I just dont know if I want to wait that long for the backorder to be filled.

i looked around on the net awhile till i found rpmmoting when they became a sponsor here. all the other places are around $380-390 plus shipping. you should have bought one when you had a chance. i waited too long when speedandstyle had them for $350 shipped and had to pay more.

moral of the story when you see a deal, scrape it up before they run out.

if you do a search on "apexi ws online stores" there is a post with a few place to try.

I ordered an APEXi WS catback April 2002 and it took until July to get it. The backorder was quoted to me at 2 months (I didnt mind since my emissions wasnt due until July). When July rolled around I became concerned and started Asking questions with APEXi in California. They said that since they parts are made in Japan and that they are backorder status on a consistent basis that it could take 2 months or more. Duh is what I told them and told them that I was going to cancel my order with them since the wait was excessive. By doing this they started to see dollar signs fly away from them, they said that they had a shipment in customs that should be cleared the same day. APEX overnighted my WS to me (at considerable cost no doubt). After the long wait I am quite pleased with the WS catback system. It is quiet and looks good (and doesnt look cheesey like some of the 'bomber' universal mufflers I see.). My only complaint about it is that the finish on the SS canister started to tarnish after about 6 months. I called APEXi about it and asked if was covered under their warranty. They said that since it wasnt a manufacturing defect and it depends on the area I drive (Dallas TX area big woop) that there may be some effect on the finish of the SS. After trying some Auto Zone and Wal Mart cleaners it was finally restored to its original luster. Considerate customer service, although there has been some concerns with the product. Overall I am happy with the product.
