Default shift knob and boot replacement?

Just got my razo shift knob today and put it in. Daamn that shiet was kinda a pain in the ass to put in. The included plastic caps are all unthreaded and the size is all wrong. So i just toss out that crap and used a rubber washer. But the knobs kinds lose, so anyone installed a razo before and got any suggestions?

Also the stock shift boot's top plastic piece is square, but i need a circle one. So anyone know where i can pick one up? All the replacement shift boots don't seem to come with the plastic piece or the mounting brackets..
