Anybody done a 5 lug conversion on a 90-97 accord? If so can you direct me to what parts I would need or a website. I would like a better choice of wheels like from Volk or Advan, thanks

you need a hole lude front suspension and some parts in the year. yes it's $$$$$$$$ and really not worth it.

 

its actually not that much if you can find the parts at the junkyard. there is a topic on it over at www.honda-tech.com check it out. i will be doing this swap soon as soon as i sell my wheels.

this may be stupid question, but why would you do it? what are the benefits? strength for racing?

 

one of the benefits is wheel options. theres more options for 5 lug wheels, and the turn around and selling of 5 lug wheels is much greater these days because there arent many 4 lug cars around. another benefit is its different, score ya some points at the car shows.

 

and rotor over hub design instead of our crappy hub over rotor. Easier to replace rotors.
