Is it possible to do a headlight conversion from a pop-up to a non-pop-up headlight?

Anybody have any ideas if they sell them or if I would have to make one from scratch? lol

Personally I don't like the flip-up headlamps but I might eventually get used to them!

Wait, so what you want to do is, Take a car with pop up headlights and make them into regular, non pop up headlights?

Do you want the option of both, or to just eliminate the pop up?
