My motor........coming along..........H22a4

I had these parts tumbled...........where they put some chemicals on them then put them in a tumbler filled with small ball bearings. They say the finish isn't supposed to fade or anything.

BLING!!!!

lol
I like the look I know a guy that took 3 days polishing his valve cover with a Dremel and polish to get the satin finish.

wowW.. looks like it belongs in a museum or something.
And, how much does that tumbling process cost?

mizturyous 02-07-2003 03:42 AM

75.00 for each part...........valve cover and intake manifold........they did the thermostat housing free.

SWOOSHER21 02-07-2003 05:15 AM

that looks amazing. that looks so much better than the polishing "bling bling" of chrome under the hood. polished valve covers and stuff like that look good sometimes, but i like the look of yours much better. great work.
