Default mileage counter

Has anyone ever had problems with there 5th gen accord. My mileage counter stopped working. Everything else works like hte speedometer and tach and gas, temp and the other indicators. I just don't what mileage is on my car anymore b/c the things stopped turning. WHAT THE F*** IS THAT ABOUT? SOMEONE HELP ME HERE PLEASE!!!!

Mileage counter = ODOMETER.. i think haha. Hmm I wish mines didnt work so when I sell my car it will have low ass miles and better resale value. But no I dont have problems with mines but heard some others have.

Well, I was going to say that your speed sensor might have gotten unplugged but the Speedometer works, so your Shyt out of luck on that theory.

Hmm..I would say, that it just crapped out, and you would need Honda to fix it, which means get the lube and/or vaseline out so that you can get it in the ass

long time ago with my old car, the odometer stopped working due to some transmission failure. I believe the tranny and the odometer have some relationship between each other. They may not be directly related, but each affects the other. Im not sure if this is the case for you (probably not) but thas just my experience.

Get it fixed soon, depending on your state DOT's laws, your car will get a TMU title (True Mileage Unknown) and worth about 1/4 of what a normally titled car would be.
