First, if you have power mirrors, do they still work? The first time my ABS light came on was because I had a blown fuse. Turned out to be the fuse for the power mirrors. I replaced it and the light went out. Failing that, I would be you have a bad ABS sensor... do a search for how to read the error codes.

Test your ABS and see if it still works...

My experiences with older Honda's have been similar. ABS light stays on.

jump the check engine connector. it will also let you check the abs fault code.

I have been installing electronics in my car - sound, cell, driving lights, remote start - and I noticed that the ABS light had come on in the middle of all this. Thanks for your tip, because that is what happened. For some reason the power mirror fuse blew. I replaced it, and so far it has held up. I don't have a decent set of electrical drawings, so I'm at a loss as to how the power mirror is related to the ABS circuits.
