Default is it worth it???

OK...I have already posted 2 threads on here about my Accord. Pretty much whether or not to get the H22 put in. Well I also have some body work that needs to be done (small dings and one bigger dent in rear Q-Panel). If I want it...the option is there to get the dents fixed and the car painted from about $550 - $850 (not show quality but not the worse that comes). Maybe also a body kit (of course to go along with the H22). Total this is about $2,200 H22, $650 paint and dents, $550 body kit - so I guess about $3,500 or so. Well I was just wondering if I do all this stuff ...will I be able to get that $ out of it when I decide to sale it? Base value right now is about $3,000 - $3,500 cause of mileage (without the H22 that is). Of course I won't sale that soon if I do this...but am I just wasting $ or what? Most of the family thinks so...but I guess that's just cause it's not their car. Friends so go for it...so I was just wondering if it's a waste of money or if I do sale it...will I be able to get some of what I put in out? I know it's pretty much what "I" want to do...but I was just looking for some advice.

THANKS,

dominion03

prolly wouldn't get ALL your money back out... You'd get MORE since your car is all shiny and fast, but it's still a '94..

I've been told this myself when I asked similar questions: Do it if you love your car, but don't do it as an investment. You won't see your money afterwards.. it's all about whether or not you love your car that much.

Hope that helps.. ?
