i have a Kenwood 910DVD which is a flip-out monitor and DVD. no need to re-mount the headunit because the flip-out monitors play CD/DVD's and its just like a headunit with a monitor. i'll get pics up when cardomain gets back up

I have a flip out also. But you can get the tape player mount like you have shown in that picture, and mount the HU there if you get a regular lcd screen and put it in the D-Din opening.
