:rofl: That's the cheeziest attempt at a turbo I have ever seen!!! All it is is a little electric motor between the intake and filter. It probably connects to an accessory line, and runs at one fixed RPM all the time. Anyone who buys that I have some ocean front property in Arizona to sell them. :D

that reminds me of the turbos that they claimed had mad cfm's. most of the buyers had no clue that turbo runs off boost and that those fans were marine blowers

it's a modified marine boat blower. it's complete crap.
