I know you can find the WS for cheaper than that price. Where are you going to buy it from?

First you have to ask yourself if you really need the adjustability of coilovers. If not, you're probably better off with a set of progressive rate lowering springs and a nice set of shocks.

If you do need the height adjustment, I would recommend a "full" coilover setup. I've heard too many bad stories with the "sleeve" coilover setup (I have one myself) and am seriously considering a "full" coilover system.

Well, since you go to school at Umass and have a crappy driveway I would say you need the height adjustabaility.

I think GCs would be fine, but you'll need a better strut like Koni yellow. The problem is that set-up costs as much as Apexi WS coilovers. So take your pic, but GCs are used by many people cause you can specify spring rates.

go with the Apex-i's. They ride very close to stock at all heights, but are stiff when cornering. Dont forget that you will most likely need a camber kit. definitely one for the front, if not the back also. i underestimated the effects of negative camber and went through a set of front tires in a month and a half. i was lowered like 2.5 inches.

i wouldnt go lower than an inch and a half. . .so id probably try to get away without the camber kit. . .

accord sleeper is right, i hvae a ****ty driveway and the height adjustability is important to me. I was looking at the WS coilovers at modacar.com and they were 890. If anyone can point me to a better deal, it would be much appreciated as im fairly sure im going to go that route if i do coilovers. . .

one other question, can you adjust the height of the coilover without removing the coilover from the car?

In general, yes.

For the GC's they have one locking perch so all you do is take the hex wrench supplied, loosen it, spin it up or down, then tighten the perch again. You'll have to jack up the corner of the car you're adjusting but that's it.
