one of my boys is buying my my bags and he said he will give me his coilover because he wont have no use for them. but im 50/50 on this will it work on my car he has a 97 sedan i have a 98 sedan have any one ever done it if not do you think it would work help me out.

 

I've never heard of swapping suspension between generations...I don't think it will work. Companies make different springs for the V6 and I4 for the same year even.

 

Hmmm, look into it a little. . .I've seen springs for the accord that span 3 generations as far as compatibility is concerned. . .

Personally I doubt that they will, but you should still call the manufacturer to be certain, you might get lucky =)

 

they wont fit... the 90-97 can use the same springs I believe... but the 98 and up accords have a new suspension. They will not work.

 

nah they won't work, the suspension is different, now if it was from a 4th to a 5th gen it would work.
