Default Tensioner?

Hi folks. Time to change my 95 Accord EX timing belt. When I had my teg's timing belt changed before, the tensioner was also changed. However, I could not find a "tensioner" for my Accord when I searched online. Instead, I see an "adjuster" (#10/17 in the first image below). Is this pretty much the same thing? Do I really need this changed also?

Here's my checklist of parts to change:
  • Timing Belt
  • Water Pump
  • Thermostat
  • Cam Seal(s)
  • Oil Pump Seal
  • Tensioner/Adjuster

Yes, 10 & 17 are the tensioner/idler pulleys. Whether you really need to repace them is up to you. Some people don't unless they feel some roughness in their bearings.
