ecu codes

My 1992 honda accord is losing power
I got codes from the ecu
(1) 14
(2)1,2,3,7,8
there is a 2 second pause between the second set of codes not sure how to read them the first code is idle air control.

lets start with clearing the codes and see what ones come back disconnect you battery for 10 min and re attach

if i turn off the car it resets itself then i have to run it until the check engine light comes back on
