Where's the fuse box?
 

Just bought a 2000 accord coupe- V6-3Liter. Anyhow I have two questions
1. Where is the fuse box?
2. The check engine light is on and I need to know how to disable it to pass inspection.

You have three fuse boxes, one under the hood, one on each side of the dash in the door jamb. You can't "disable" a CEL, you need to find the code.

Well, excuse me for being an ass. It's been a long day. Just do some searching, 95% of what you need to know will have allready been covered.

Auto Zone said Poor Catalyist Efficiency. So I just went out there and took the battery cable off, the light went off, but don't know if it will come back on before I can get it inspected

you need a new catalytic converter

If all they're going to check for is the light, you could do the Non-Fouler trick.
