should i go ahead and get a cf hood...my cars like a beige u can see my other threads nd see my car but should i get one? or should i spend my 550 on other shit

 

Well 550 on other shyt like what? since your lookin to get a cf hood i guess your goin for looks (even though they're lighter which is a performance mod too.......

 

tell us what some of your plans are for your ride. I'd say max out your suspension if you haven't already. I think a cf hood would look good on your car.

 

id wait on the cf hood and maybe get some bolt on's, short shifter kit, suspension like mentioned above or even security.

 

cf hoods are pretty cool. i got mine for 300 used off a show car. 1 thing i will tell you is that go for a good name like VIS. they clear coat it and stuff which keeps it looking good. my friend has a veilside cf hood on his 350z. hes pist b/c they didnt' clearcoat it well(or at all?) its turning yellow on parts. mine looks great but i make sure to wax it once in a while. do the security thing. i prolly wouldn't have bought it if i didn't see that a dude wanted to sell it cheap. do the other things first. a good alarm is a must. the hoods are light and only 4 bolts hold them on. i can pick it up with one arm. (my mom could probably do the same) i didn't notice much of a performance gain in terms of weight. i like the way it looks.
