Ok so i have started noticing that when i hit about 5,000 rpms my car loses all acceleration and power and then i have to let off the gas and then punch it again to get past that.. It started doing this about two weeks ago and then tonight i noticed it again...I usually dont run my car that hard, it's just on occasion that i wind it out a bit..Oh and this mostly happens when shifting from 3rd to 4th gear, but it doesn't happen every time. I drive a 1995 honda accord....Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks..

I just read today about power limitter on my 99. Could it be it?
