what type of drilled rotors would you guys reccomend for a 99 accord ex v6 2dr. theres a BREMBO brand for sale on ebay for 200 or so...is it real brembo? any other brands you would reccomend?

brembo, id buy them from a different website just to make sure they're authentic. also, rotora and powerstop are good brands.

 

I wouldn't recommend any drilled rotors unless you're upgrading the disc diameter and caliper with a Brembo high performance kit or similiar. You'll get less performance and less material strength with drilled brakes on your stock brake package because the OEM calipers/pads aren't nearly powerful enough to generate the sort of heat the requires, or is even helped by, drilled rotors.

Why do you want drilled rotors anyway?

brembo blanks and some good quality pads should be good enough.

 

first of all the stock calipers and rotors are capable of generating heat and alot of it...if only i took my camera with me last time i was on the downhill. all four rotors were smoking, as if someone just took a hit oh hooka and breathed it out from by my brakes. i want them because i like to go up into the canyons sometimes. and my last run scared me.

any websites where i can buy from that are legit?

drilled rotors wont make a huge difference.

have you tried downshifting?
