'95 Accord V6 SRS controller - expendable after deployment?

I can't get a consistent answer from local Honda dealers and independent shops on this one. I've gotten confilicting responses, all stated confidently!

I'm finishing up the repairs on my '95 EX V6, which will include replacing the deployed air bags with salvaged, never-deployed bags. However, I can't seem to get a straight answer as to whether the SRS controller will function OK following a reset, or whether it is shot after one deployment.

If anyone can answer this question with extreme confidence, I'd be most grateful.

Keep in mind, this is the V6 controller.

Thanks,
Lou

yes the SRS computer has to be replaced if the bags have deployed because the SRS light will stay on with the new bags and cannot be reset , if you jumper the SCS connector you should get a code 10-1 airbags have deployed and will not reset.
