i was considering putting a new body kit on my 94 accord....this evening i noticed the lower lamps on the front bumper are used for turn signals. all the body kits i have seen dont have a place for them. does anyone know if it is street legal to not have turn signals on the front?

 

It is illegal to have no front turn signals. I've got the same problem which is why I've bought 1-pc projector headlights where you can place the turn signals in there. If the design is not to your liking I suppose you could place small spot lamps containing orange bulbs wired to your turn signal and attach them on or behind the wire mesh covering the vents on your chosen bodykit.

Yeah, there's a small compartment behind that rectangular reflector on the end of the light where I was going to place my turn signal.
I've not fitted mine yet as I'm having problems with the halo lights and looking round the forums it seems these lights are not well received but it's up to you.

 

what issue are you having with the halos?

 

There are two leads coming of the halo lights, one positive and one negative.
I got a piece of paper saying that a component on the end of positive is essential for operation but I've got nothing on the end of mine.
I suspect I'm missing a resistor but I don't know value I would need.
