Cold air intakes saves gas?! if so, how so!?

Theoretically, yes it will. You're making the engine more efficient. But it's not going to make a difference that you'll notice.

Thanks...Besides the tornado and a cold air intake, what else can i use to get more miles to the gallon?

A Tornado will decrease your MPG, there was a study done on it in Pop Mech. It's bullshit.

There are many threads about increasing MPG, please try a search first.
