Default Wheel Bearing Help

After over discussing the wierd vibration and sounds coming from the car over the past 4 weeks , I am almost at the conclusion that a bad wheel bearing is causing it . I called a shop and got a $340 + tax quote to do this !!
I just spent $475 to get the timing and water pump changed , I cant afford this now .

Long story short - for anyone that has done this before are there any tips on where I should ge the parts and If I can do it myself or not , I do my own oil changed and can do brakes but it takes a while.

Also - anyone know or have detailed - instructions on how to do this job.

Thanks in Advance - I am wondering if the car will get me home today - its really LOUD now and and vibrated like I am gettng a massage!

I just replaced mine in my teg and it is a DIY up to the point where the old bearings need to be pressed out and the new ones pressed in. It shouldn't cost more than $50 to get a machine shop do it for you, but the wheel bearings themselves are pretty expensive.

I would just get the money to pay for it, because even with me removing the knuckles myself and getting the bearings pressed out, it only saved me $100.

I have just done this to my 95 accord . The wheel bearing cost $60 from Autuzone but it took me over 4 hours to get everything back together. Taking out the knuckle was a pain. It was a good thing I have a front end tool set. But taking the old bearing out requires some major grinding.....So if I knew it only cost 300 bucks to do it, I would have paid for it.....

Well, I bought OEM bearings because I don't trust Autozone part quality. With my 10% discount at the dealer, they came out to be around $62 a piece. I am sure that an online dealership could sell you OEM bearings for that price and you will know that the quality is top notch.
