Adding HIDs to a 2003+ Accord?
in case the search didnt work out for you, i'll let you know that you'll need your oem pair of lights to start w/. if you plan on taking a while for the retrofit to be done, you'll need a backup pair or you wont be driving around for some time.
next you'll need a set of projectors. these can be taken from a tsx, benz, audi, evo, or whatever. different projectors will give different hues or flickers of light. for example, in my retros i have the tsx projectors. they create a pure white light that flickers light blue/violet at certain angles. pure beauty, in my opinion.
find these on ebay, sold w/ or w/o the rest of the headlight for about $150-$300. anything above is not worth it. :P
you'll need some ballasts/ignitors. good brands are like hella and matsushita. i have a pair of of hella gen 3 ballasts. ballasts should go for about $100-200 a pair, depending on how well you can find the parts.
then you'll need some HID bulbs. ive gone w/ philips. not sure if this is true, but i dont think bulbs determine the color of the light output. you can get these for about $50-75 a pair.
after you got the parts, you just retrofit all that mess together and install them, which can also be a pain if you have no idea what youre doing. Green1999Accord did my retros for my '04 accord coupe and theyre freakin sweet. >:] let me know if you want pics.
hope that helped. so together, if youre plannin on doin the work yourself, the price will range anywhere from $300 (you'll be extRemely lucky if you can do them for that low) to $600.

k, here they are. the first is a daytime shot of my car w/ the retros. the 2nd is an attempted nighttime shot of what the lights look like. it didnt come out right b/c im still learning to use my camera in the dark. :P the last picture is a shot of the light output. the cutoff line looks a bit slanted b/c my apt is on a slight slope. dont worry, during normal driving its leveled off perfectly. and i dont know why the light doesnt go very far down in that shot. normally its not like that. hmm...
those are the only pics that i took thus far. if you want more, i guess i could try to take new ones. just make sure to be specific as to what you might need. hope this helps.
