I don't know if you'll get many responses. Most people replace the water pump when they replace the timing belt (at 100k miles; front crank shaft seal also). One thing to look at every 20-30k are radiator and heater hoses.

Thanks, I was just trying to find out what the record might be for an original water pump. I suspect that there are accords with over 200k miles on the original pump.
