Nope, it won't fit. Only pre-2003 MDX wheels fit the 6th gen Accord. Here's a pic for future reference, the first two are the types that fit, the third one (far right) is a newer MDX wheel that does not fit.

ok thanks yeah i thought it wouldnt fit but just had to ask . i am about to get an 03 TL wheel those fit right ?

Yep, just make sure you see a pic of the wheel if you don't know the seller to make sure it is in fact what you want.
