the hood should clear w/ no problem. i believe the modification needs to be made near the driver-side strut mount. the clearance towards the firewall is very minimal and made need some modification there as well.

drop a h22 in a 4th gen and you'll have little to no room now drop that same engine in a 5th gen and you'll still have room. now a SC will not fit the 4th or 5th gen you can sc the 6th gen though. your best route for f/i is a turbo

I think I need some reading lessons. I'm with usc, I have no idea what you guys are saying.

Lets try this way:

Will a H22a with a Jackson Racing supercharger fit into a 4th gen accord, with or without modifications to the car?

If you know, please say: YES or NO.

If you don't really know, I'm sure you'll feel free to ramble.

lol, I read it, but i didn't understand it. While we're being snippy, I think a little punctuation may help your posts.

As for your answer, what is your experience with H22a/JR supercharger installs in 4th gens? Is "NO" a guess?

Thanks, Spy

well after installing a h22 into a 4th gen with some of my friends you can clearly see the space avaible to you. also when my friend tried to get a SC for his car it was stated that it would not fit and the best route was turbo charging which he did.....

as for me i dont have either in my car however i did the math and searches (the old HAN) had the correct answer by those who tried and failed going the same route you wish to go

my answer is a correct one if not then ask some1 else or go to www.turboaccord.com and ask around there...

Thanks for the info. It's just that a lot of people post their thoughts with no real experience. --sounds like you have some valid knowledge.

I really wanted the SC over turbo, but I guess I'll have to settle. I guess I'll worry about that after I get the H22 in.

Thanks, Spy
