"Maint Req'd light"...
 

Does anyone know how I can get the "maint req'd" idiot light to go away. I do my own servicing of the vehicle so it never goes to the dealer.

This is a simple one...Should have used the search buttong though!

1. Turn your car's electrical on, dont start it.
2. Push in & Turn the Trip Reset button to the left and hold it there until the light goes off.

This might take as much as 30 seconds, if not less time. Just hold the trip reset button until the light turns off and you should be as good as new.

Any other brain twisters??

push in the trip button with the car off
start the car and hold the button
hold in the button till the light turns off.
