Default Throttle body cleaning

Can anyone offer guidance on cleaning of the throttle body? I have 207K and am not sure if that service has been performed, or if it should be.

You have to disconnect the air intake that connects to the throttle body. Then all you have to do is use a toothbrush, throttle body cleaner and some shop towels and clean off the carbon deposits on it.

You can do it yourself, takes 10 minutes. Go buy a can of TB cleaner.

There was a thread with the same question, throttle body cleaning, posted not too long ago. Did a search, and here it is:

One post with a REALLY good do it yourself write up is this one:

I printed out that post, and have all the materials ready to go. I just need a day off work, and the seattle weather (rain) to cooperate.
